The album topped the charts, and Led Zeppelin's subsequent concert tour of the United States in 1973 broke records for attendance, as they consistently filled large auditoriums and stadiums. At Tampa Stadium, Florida, they played to 56,800 fans (breaking the record set by The Beatles at Shea Stadium in 1965), and grossed $309,000.[19] Three sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden in New York were filmed for a motion picture, but the theatrical release of this project (The Song Remains the Same) would be delayed until 1976.
ONE of the great things about Led Zeppelin is that the songs themselves can make you high.....you DON'T need drugs to enhance that feeling Zeppelin give you. Kashmir can put you in a trance and you can get lost in the song without putting crap in your body.

October 23, 1990 saw the release of the first Led Zeppelin box set, featuring tracks remastered under the personal supervision of Jimmy Page. This set ... included four previously unreleased tracks, including the Robert Johnson song "Travelling Riverside Blues", which was released as a single in the US. The song was a huge hit, with the video in heavy rotation on MTV.
In the movie Fast Times At Ridgemont High, one kid tells another to always play side 1 of Led Zeppelin 4 when he's on a date. In the next scene, he is on the date with this playing in the car. Cameron Crowe, who wrote the screenplay, couldn't get the rights to any of the songs on Led Zeppelin 4, so he used this instead. Crowe used Zeppelin's "That's The Way" on his 2001 movie Almost Famous.

February 24, 1975 saw the release of Led Zeppelin's first double album, Physical Graffiti, which was their first release on the Swan Song Records label. It consisted of fifteen songs, eight of which were recorded at Headley Grange in 1974, and the remainder being tracks previously recorded but not released on earlier albums.
It is said that AC/DC and Led Zeppelin had a bitter rivalry over these songs. The two bands eventually had a guitar-off, and all those attending fell sick. This disease would later be known as "erectal disfunction"
