Lebron James, aka the next Michael Jordan, is already a dominant force in the NBA. This kid already has his own shoes and his jersey is one of the best sold jerseys in the league. On top of all that his dunks are probably the most exciting plays in all of basketball. The man is a human highlight real and even has his own wallpaper.

Now, people across the world have compared Lebron James to Michael Jordan, one thing is for sure, Lebron James got paid a lot more money from Nike on his first signing. Michael got $2.5 Million over 5 years, and their was a lot of restrictions.

LeBron James is coming to the United Center one night after dropping 50 in Madison Square Garden and jawing with Spike Lee. If LeBron isn't the next Michael, he certainly is the next guy to kill the Bulls' hopes. But so what, it's chance to boo Ben Wallace. Come on. Everybody. Boooooo!!!
The Lebron James shoes deal was far larger than the one Nike made with Michael Jordan. Jordan received only a 5 year, $2.5 million dollar contract. Lebron James earned more than 25 times more per year with his sneaker deal than Jordan did with his Lebron James shoes!

The freshman made his varsity basketball debut weeks later on December 3, earning a spot in the Fighting Irish starting backcourt. The decision to go with LeBron was an easy one for Keith Drambot, who had recently been hired as SVSM’s coach. LeBron swats away all the "next Michael" talk, and good for him. An NBA superstar with respect for history is about as rare a Cubs World Series game. But the thing about LeBron is, he learned to trust his teammates for earlier and far more than Jordan did, probably too much, if Thursday night is any indication.
