Lazio and the rest of the Rebels were told by some survivors of the Jedi Purge to meet them on Kessel for a Conclave. Shortly after the Conclave started Vader and 100 stormtroopers arrived. Vader quickly dispatched of the Jedi Shadday Potkin, Sia-Lan Wezz and Ma'Kis. By this time only 10 storm troopers were left including Commander Bow. What Lazio saw next shocked him Koffi Arana had just killed Bultar Swan to get her light saber since his wasn't working. With his newly received lightsaber Koffi Arana charged Vader only to be cut down.

Lazio was born in Amityville, New York in Suffolk County. He graduated from West Islip High School in 1976. He received his A.B. from Vassar College in 1980 and received his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University. Prior to being elected to Congress, he was the executive assistant district attorney for Suffolk County and served in the Suffolk County Legislature from 1990 to 1993. He currently resides in Brightwaters, New York.

Rep. Lazio was part of a 333-87 majority which passed H.R.2202. It was a large omnibus bill with dozens of provisions aimed at reducing illegal immigration. It authorized major increases in the border patrol forces. But it ... had many provisions aimed at making life more miserable for illegal aliens who manage to get into the country, half of whom arrive with legal visas but then illegally overstay. Until passage of the bill, a person could be apprehended as an illegal alien, be deported and then turn around and come back to the U.S. on a legal student, tourist, worker or relative visa. After the bill, an illegal alien was barred from any kind of legal entry for 10 years.

After three years of vigorous debate and compromise, Lazio authored the 1997 Housing and Urban Development spending bill, H.R.2. The Bill allows residents in public housing to pay either 30 percent of their salary or a pre-arranged flat fee, which, it was hoped, would encourage those trying to get off welfare and move onto jobs with higher salaries. The bill gave public housing more economic diversity by allowing Public Housing Authorities to rent to the working poor (read: those with more income than previous generations of public housing tenants). Those receiving assistance were ... required to sign "self-sufficiency agreements," which mandated that competent adults serve eight hours of community service every month. The bill received bipartisan praise, but the housing advocates at Tenant.net were skeptical and the Village Voice called Lazio's bill "arguably the most damaging public housing legislation to come down the Beltway in 60 years."

Rep. Lazio was part of a 262-154 majority that brought a foreign nurses guestworker program to an end. He voted AGAINST the Burr Amendment to H.R.2202. Those favoring the amendment said many rural areas had a shortage of nurses and needed the foreign workers. Rep. Lazio was among those who contended that there are more than enough Americans trained in nursing to do the job if the pay and working conditions are appropriate.

Lazio was born on a remote village of Brentaal IV. When Lazio was 14 Shogar Tok came to his village and forced Lazio's father to fight in the CIS army against the Republic. In the ensuing battle Lazio's father was killed. Enraged at his fathers death Lazio took up arms against the CIS during the Battle of Brentaal IV. Lazio was awed by the grace and skill of the Jedi. He was especially impressed by Shaak Tii whom he saw deal with Shogar Tok.
