Laura Prepon is an American actress, born on March 7, 1980 in Watchung, New Jersey. The youngest of four children in an Irish-Catholic and Jewish family, she trained under drama teacher Caroline Thomas at the Total Theatre Lab. Laura Prepon had a brief stint working as a model for Levi Strauss, traveling to Milan, Brazil and Paris. She later on landed the role of Donna Pinciotti on the Fox sitcom That 70’s Show, and more recently played Hannah Daniels in the drama October Road. That '70s Show star Laura Prepon, pictured, has the lead role in the controversial new film about the life of bisexual serial killer Karla Homolka. "Karla" was actually to have made its debut last August at the Montreal World Film Festival, but was yanked at the last minute following complaints. Christal Films has announced it will release "Karla" on 100 screens across Canada on January 20. Misha Collins costars as her husband, Paul Bernardo. Homolka and Bernardo were convicted of torturing and murdering two Canadian schoolgirls in the early 1990s. Homolka ... drugged her own 15-year-old sister, Tammy, and allowed Bernardo to rape the girl, who choked on her own vomit and died.

Laura Prepon's upcoming movie Karla has caused a substantial stir in Canada. Karla is based on the true story of Canadian serial killers Karla Homolka and Paul Bernardo. Members of the government of Ontario have called for a boycott of the movie and a petition is currently circulating Canada encouraging citizens to boycott the movie as well.

July 5, 2007 -- "OCTOBER Road" actress Laura Prepon wants the world to know she's back with her longtime boyfriend, Chris Masterson. Prepon and Masterson split briefly in May, but were spotted "kissing and holding hands" during a dinner at the Meatpacking District's Fig & Olive a few nights ago. "They looked very much in love," dished a spy. "They kept going outside for cigarette breaks." Chris' brother Danny Masterson, who's Prepon's "That '70s Show" co-star, and a few friends joined the couple, who started dating in 2000. A rep for Prepon had no comment.
