The festival begins on June 27 at DAR Constitution Hall with a night of hot Latin music featuring Gilberto Santa Rosa and Milly Quezada. Gilberto Santa Rosa, the Gentleman of La Salsa, will perform his intense version of Salsa, which is sure to excite tropical music dancers and fans alike. Also performing that evening will be award-winning vocalist Milly Quezada, who has earned the title Queen of Merengue over the course of her exceptional twenty- five year career.
