Students may still register for classes after the semester has begun during late registration. No student may register after classes have been in session for two weeks or twice the number of periods the class meets per week unless the student receives special permission from the Vice President of Student Services and the instructors involved.

If you are required to register by mail, you may do so during the regular and late registration periods only. To register by mail during the regular registration period, your registration materials must be postmarked by the regular registration deadline. During the late registration period, your registration materials must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific time on the late registration deadline. See "U.S. Mail Registration" for information about how to obtain a registration form.

If you register by mail by the regular or late registration deadline, you will receive a paper admission ticket in the mail. If you have not received your admission ticket in the mail before the scheduled test date or if you lose your admission ticket, call Customer Service at 1-800-205-2626 or you may print a ticket by accessing the online registration system.

Paper forms are provided at late registration. A limited number of shirts will ... be available for inspection and purchase. All early paper registrants and online registrants can pick up their race numbers and shirts at the following locations and times - and register their friends!:

Dropping and adding courses after a timely registration does not constitute a late registration. (See Registration Changes for change of program information.) However, there is a financial penalty for every class you drop even if you are replacing them with other classes.

Late Registration: After 11:59 p.m. CST on Monday, November 26, only in-person registrations will be accepted at the Convention Center during the above hours. There is no race day registration for any race.
