Larry King: Questions
built 655 days ago
After asking Paul where he was when he found out John Lennon had been killed, Larry posed the same question to Ringo, but called him George. Paul then called King out on the mistake, King made an excuse and Ringo attempted to move on. Hilarious. What do you expect from a network that bumped Michael Moore for Paris Hilton? Check out an excerpt from the transcript after the jump.
How dead can he be? Unlike the finer days of the past, Mr. King no longer bothers with excruciating journalistic techniques. Hard hitting questions and holding guest's feet to the fire would draw too much attention to this lifeless corpse. Thus, he is now perhaps more famous for his softball questions covered in a tasty layer of cotton candy to liberal guests.

Larry missed a huge opportunity and asked some really stupid questions. “Did you guys ever think you would be as big as you were?” “Ringo, do you practice the drums a lot?” Come on. How about, “John was very vocal about his hostility toward the Beatles. George even played on ‘How Do You Sleep’. Paul, did you ever get outwardly hostile with the other guys after the breakup?”
No matter what you think of Larry King, he certainly has a way of getting down to the nitty-gritty of the Christian gospel when he has prominent Christians on his CNN program. It seems he never misses the opportunity to put these public professors on the spot when he inevitably asks the same canned question to all of them, “You believe that Jesus is the only way to heaven, and if you don’t believe in Him, you’re going to hell, right?”
