Dee Gaeddert joined Korn/Ferry in 2007 with the acquisition of LeaderSource Limited, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. Following the acquisition, she subsequently assumed the COO position at Lominger. In her new role, Ms. Gaeddert will oversee global operations for Lominger, with responsibility for all aspects of the business. She will report to Gary Hourihan, president of Korn/Ferry's Leadership Development Solutions business.
