Under the terms of the Agreement, King will make an upfront cash payment to Acura of $30 million. King will also make a one-time cash payment to Acura of $50 million in the first year in which the combined annual net sales of all products exceed $750 million.

There isn't much information on this product as management is keeping things close to their chest due to a competitor's product which is running in parallel with binodenoson in the approval race.
