Moderated kids chat rooms are the safest place for you to go if you are going to chat at all. Here you have a moderator, watching the chat room conversations, and if the moderator notices any suspicious conversation, they can terminate the chat connection of one or both parties to the conversation. Find a chat area that has trained moderators that know how to watch for this type of behaviour. A trained moderator will tell you that are openly discussing these things that they should discuss them with your parents, or direct you to a known and qualified resource.
