Kevin Federline: Mark Vincent Kaplan
built 118 days ago
From the sound of it, it’s might be time for Kevin Federline to start paying his own bills. Part of Federline’s current arrangement with his ex-wife Britney Spears stipulates that his legal fees — which includes $500,000 he owes to his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan — be paid by Spears.
While things are quiet and relatively good on the Britney Spears front, it seems that they are even better for Kevin Federline. E! News reports that he’s been getting lots of job offers for “TV, movies and some legitimate theater offers as well,” according to his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.
According to PerezHilton.com, Britney Spears‘ ex-manager, Larry Rudolph, was subpoenaed and is set to appear in court during the custody battle between rapper, Kevin Federline and famous pop star, Britney Spears. The subpoena was ordered by Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Kevin Federline’s lawyer is seeking to ban Britney Spears from requesting adjustments to her custody arrangement after she failed to show up for her deposition on Wednesday morning, December 12, 2007. The pop star was expected to give her deposition in her ongoing custody trial at the Los Angeles offices of her ex-husband’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. But she failed to show up and blamed her non-attendance on a “general (medical) condition”. However, she was pictured hours later out and about in L.A.
