Each year the female and male champion of the SF City High School Golf Championship will automatically receive the Beau Venturi Memorial Fund Scholarship. Each recipient will receive $1,000 toward their college education. The presentation will be made by Ken Venturi at the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame Charles Schwab Golf Classic, to be held at The Olympic Club in the Fall.

A highlight of the luncheon was the unveiling of the Venturi Cup. Created as a one-of-a-kind by the Waterford Crystal Company, the cup will be placed in a prominent location in the Proton Treatment Center as a tribute to Mr. Venturi and in recognition of the Invitational winners each year.
