Kelly Ripa is an American actress and ‘talk show’ host. She is a winner of the American Daytime Emmy Award and co-host of Live with Regis along with Regis Philbin. The show was renamed Live With Regis And Kelly and saw a new high in rating since Kelly replaced Kathie Lee Gifford, the previous co host.

Yesterday, Kelly Ripa, a co-host of "Live With Regis and Kelly", was a guest host for "Super Saturday," a benefit fundraiser with all proceedes from the live broadcast on QVC going to benefit The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). The 10th Annual "Super Saturday" held at QVC's Water Mill, New York location was Kelly Ripa's third year as a guest host for the event. In her past six years hosting with Regis Philbin, she has received five Daytime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Talk Show Host. In September 2003, Kelly Ripa was a co-star (with Faith Ford) on her first sitcom, Hope & Faith. Ripa portrayed Faith, a former soap star whose character is killed off and who moves in with her sister Hope's family, creating havoc for the family and often antagonizing Hope and her husband, Charlie. Hope & Faith was not renewed for a fourth season in May 2006 after the 2005-2006 season saw a significant decline in ratings.
