On 13 September 2007, it was announced that Brook would be participating in the 2007 celebrity dancing competition Strictly Come Dancing on BBC1, with her professional ballroom dance partner being Brendan Cole. During the TV series, her father Kenneth Parsons died from cancer[1] (26 November 2007), and although she was originally determined to continue with the dancing program, she decided to withdraw from the competition. It is now suggested that she might be taking part in Dancing With The Stars[2].
