1. Katie Leung
   Katie Leung is the young woman chosen to play Cho Chang, Harry Potter's love interest in the 2005 film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Leung was born in Scotland to Chinese parents who had immigrated from Hong Kong, and was attending the upscale private school Hamilton College when she won the part in an open casting call. (Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling reportedly insisted that a complete unknown be cast as Cho Chang.) The casting generated intense interest among Harry Potter fans, since Cho Chang gives the boy wizard (played by Daniel Radcliffe) his first kiss in the book Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Leung and Radcliffe did indeed smooch onscreen in the 2007 film Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
2. Katie Leung -- Cho Chang
   Katie Leung (Cho Chang in the upcoming Goblet of fire film) was recently featured in this article in the Scottish Sunday Mail. The article claims that Katie is now unsure of whether or not to attend college in Fall 2006 because of her interest in pursuing a film career.
3. Dean Martin -- Jerry Lewis
   Between 1949 and 1956, Dean Martin made 16 films as the singing straight man to his comedy partner Jerry Lewis; the two were one of the hottest entertainment acts of the era. After their bitter (and much-publicized) breakup, Martin continued making movies, including both comedy and dramatic roles and the spoofy Matt Helm spy movies of the 1960s. A nightclub singer and solid member of Frank Sinatra's "rat pack," Martin ... had hit records, most notably "That's Amore" and "Everybody Loves Somebody." Martin's easygoing attitude helped make him a hit on television, where he hosted a comedy and variety show from 1965-74.
4. Suzanne Shaw
   Suzanne Shaw, born Suzanne Croshaw, started ballet at the age of two and by the age of three she was attending the Lupino and Freelance Dance school, where she trained in all forms of dance. Suzanne ... studied acting, and performed in her first show Annie at just five years of age. She joined an amateur dramatics society and did various productions, including The sound of music, and a west end production of Showboat at the age of nine. Suzanne was a member of an ABBA tribute band, The Right Stuff, and appeared in countless television roles including an Esso ad, Holby City, and a BBC production, Elidor.
5. Salem Avalanche -- Carolina League
   The Salem Avalanche, Advanced Class-A Affiliate of the 2005 NL Champion Houston Astros, has been providing the Roanoke (VA) Valley with top-notch professional baseball for over a half-century. Founded in 1955, the Avalanche joined the elite Carolina League in 1968 and completed their 40th season in the League in 2007. Under Hardball Capital's guidance, the Avalanche set all-time records for attendance and profitability in 2007.
6. Vegas -- Sin City
   LAS VEGAS – Rock legends Van Halen will embark on a concert tour throughout the United States and Canada, with its original lead singer David Lee Roth, for the first time in more than 22 years. The tour will stop at the MGM Grand Garden Arena for two nights, Friday, Dec. 28 and Sunday, Dec. 30. Both shows are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. with special guest Ky-mani Marley.
7. Marilyn Maxwell
   Marilyn Maxwell, M.D., is a board-certified pediatrician and internal medicine physician. She is Associate Director of a Combined Internal Medicine/Pediatric Residency Training Program at St. Louis University School of Medicine and is an Associate Professor. She recently served on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) HIV/AIDS Advisory Workgroup. She ... provides primary care for patients with HIV/AIDS.
8. Earl Holliman
   Louisiana-born actor Earl Holliman, after a stint in the Navy, studied at UCLA and the Pasadena Playhouse before earning his break in the Martin/Lewis comedy Scared Stiff (1953). He gained clout after portraying a variety of firm young studs in rugged westerns and war drama, ranging from dim and/or good-natured to overly impulsive and/or threatening. He won a Golden Globe for his support performance as a girl-crazy brother in The Rainmaker (1956), holding his own against stars Burt Lancaster and Katharine Hepburn. He distinguished himself in a number of "A" grade films around the same time, including Broken Lance (1954) with Spencer Tracy, Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957), again with Lancaster, Giant (1956) with Elizabeth Taylor and Rock Hudson, Visit to a Small Planet (1960), again with Jerry Lewis, Summer and Smoke (1961) with Geraldine Page and The Sons of Katie Elder (1965) with John Wayne.
9. Larry David -- Series
   The show received mostly positive reviews, but David considered it a one-shot project. HBO head Chris Albrecht thought otherwise, asking David for a 13-episode series. David offered 10 episodes and a year commitment, but the response was largely positive, and the show entered its fifth season in 2007. For his efforts, David was nominated twice for an Emmy as Best Actor in a Comedy, and won two Producers Guild Awards and a Writers Guild Award – all for channeling a much more neurotic, uncomfortable version of himself.
10. Dean Martin
    Dean Martin was an American film actor and singer. Martin (real name: Dino Paul Crocetti) was born into an Italian family in Steubenville, Ohio. He left school aged sixteen and had a variety of jobs before changing his name and achieving moderate success as a singer in the New York club scene. He teamed up with Jerry Lewis in 1946 and the two created a successful stage comedy routine, the duo made their first film together in 1949 with My Friend Irma and in 1951 they starred in the hit At War with the Army which established the formula for their thirteen following films. On television the duo debuted in 1950 on the The Colgate Comedy Hour, a variety show that they would occasionally host from 1950-1955. The partnership with Lewis broke up in 1956 and Martin surprised many when he went on to further success on his own.
