Her second release, Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, with the untested Tusshar Kapoor in the male lead, has got off to a rousing start at the box office, and Kareena has cornered all the accolades. It's understandable: she's so amazingly good, everything else in the film just pales in comparison. Kareena, of course, must be already accustomed to being having critical praise heaped on her.

Kapoor made his debut with the moderately successful Ishq Vishk (2003)[2] opposite actress Amrita Rao and won a Filmfare Best Male Debut Award for his performance in the film. In 2004, he starred in two more films: Fida, a thriller co-starring Kareena Kapoor and Fardeen Khan, and Dil Maange More, a romantic comedy alongside Soha Ali Khan, Tulip Joshi, and Ayesha Takia. Both films didn't do well[3] but he received positive reviews for his performance in the former.[4]
