Known for his dashing good looks, British actor Jude Law quietly sauntered into Hollywood films in 1997's Gattaca. He wowed audiences in 1999's The Talented Mr. Ripley, in which he plays Matt Damon's obsession. In 2004, he may have been the hardest-working actor in Hollywood, appearing in six films during the 12months. 2005's Oscars host, Chris Rock, joked about this very subject and purported that he did not know who Jude Law was. Sean Penn later took the mic to readdress Law's rightful spot among the best Hollywood actors.
