Famed televangelist Juanita Bynum met her minister husband, Thomas W. Weeks III, at an airport hotel to talk about reconciliation. According to police, the meeting ended with her husband choking, kicking, and stomping on her in the parking lot. Juanita Bynum was born in Chicago, Illinois to Thomas and Katherine Bynum. As a child, her parents always made sure that she and her siblings went to church every week at their home church, St. Luke Church of God in Christ. Bynum attended Saints Academy Church of God in Christ High School in Lexington, Mississippi.
