His name may still be unknown over here, but Juanes is a bona-fide global superstar. With a shedload of Latino Grammies under his belt, a sell out London show and an appearance on Newsnight (really), Juanes is going to be very big news in 2006.

As the leading nominee, Juanes is invited to perform on CBS' primetime telecast of The Latin Grammy Awards. The planned September 11 broadcast will be his broad introduction to the American public. He spends the days leading up to the awards rehearsing and participating in "Grammy In The Schools" program with students. Juanes ... makes his first live network TV appearance, performing live on CBS' Early Show - on September 10, 2001.

Colombian pop sensation Juanes sings this duet with Canadian superstar Nelly Furtado. The song gave each of them an award for best duet and Juanes one for best songwriter at the Latin Music Awards. This song is very clear, very easy, and repetitive using key vocabulary. Great for beginners!
