  1. John Lennon -- Songs
The Beatles united a generation of young people with their songs, their attitudes and their sense of style, and John Lennon was the thinking man's Beatle. Of the four, he was the Beatle who wrote books, the Beatle who embroiled the group in a potentially disastrous controversy by suggesting in an interview that they were more popular than Jesus, the Beatle who embraced the poetic innovations of Bob Dylan in the mid-1960's and shocked Beatles fans by jumping into performance art, happenings and political protests in the late 60's and early 70's.
  2. Manson -- Marilyn Manson
Marilyn Manson (real name Brian Warner) is a self-confessed Satanist in the First Church of Satan started by Anton Lavey (now deceased), in 1966 in, San Francisco. Lavey’s branch of Satanism stands for just about everything the opposite of what Christianity is, and this comes out again, and again in Manson’s words and stage shows. One of La Vey's claim to fame is that he is the author of the book The Satanic Bible. Surprisingly though, La Vey's brand of Satanism declares that it does not believe in Satan, nor God, as personal beings, as such (although a few individual's in the movement may view Satan and God differently). Rather, La Vey taught that Satan stood for a symbol of man's darker carnal nature and believed that this nature should be harnessed and encouraged to grow. To La Vey, Christianity is an establishment of great bondage which seeks to enslave humanity into another system.

"MTV2 has always been home to a variety of artists,'' said David Cohn, MTV2 General Manager. "So much so, we wanted to let them move in, and we are thrilled to give Courtney the first set of keys." 9. Marilyn Manson
With the "triptych" of the previous three albums now complete, Marilyn Manson was free to begin a fresh project. In 2002, Jonathan Davis of Korn invited Marilyn Manson into a studio to record vocals on a track he wrote entitled "Redeemer". The song, produced by both Jon and Richard Gibbs, was then released on the Queen Of The Damned soundtrack. After finding inspiration in the decadent Swing era of the 1920s, the band recorded The Golden Age of Grotesque that year and the album was released on May 13, 2003. Eschewing the lyrical depth and volume of symbolism and hidden meaning of Holy Wood, the new album was relatively straightforward; in an extended metaphor, Manson compares his own often-criticized music to the entartete Kunst banned by the Nazi regime. New member Tim Skold, replacing Twiggy Ramirez, added a new dimension to the band's sound; he brought with him from KMFDM that band's use of heavy industrial beats, for better or worse — The Golden Age of Grotesque was frequently impugned as derivative of KMFDM and lacking the originality that Marilyn Manson had become known for.
  10. Andrew Dice Clay -- New York
Andrew was born in Brooklyn, New York, and in the early stages of his career, using the name Andrew Clay, was an actor and appeared in 1980s low budget Porn films. Eventually his style was developed out of this and he became one of the most verbally abusive and confrontational performance artists around. Using violent sexual imagery, joking about beating up stupid women, making fun of queers, and fat people, he was clearly out of control to begin with. After people stopped going to his shows and became sick of Clay, he decided to clean up his act and become a respectable sitcom star.
