St. Joe is an asset play extraordinaire. It owns some 835,000 acres of land in the Florida panhandle, and is in the process of developing many properties for sale. Hurricanes come and go but this company will stay and survive very well. It should be a long term core holding. The P/E ratio does not reflect it's long-term earnings capability and management competence.

Joe's Sports & Outdoor operates 30 stores in the Pacific Northwest including its newest stores in Boise, Spokane, Bellevue and Kirkland.
