Now clean and sober, Sweetin has expressed an interest in returning to acting in movies or television. In July 2006, Sweetin became the host of Pants-Off Dance-Off, a TV-PG rated dance contest on Fuse TV. The program features mostly amateur ecdysiasts stripping down to their underwear to their favorite music videos.

In 2003 raakte Sweetin verslaafd aan meth, een drug die tegenwoordig als een epidemie rondgaat in Amerika. In 2005 ging ze vrijwillig en succesvol naar een afkickkliniek. Nadat ze haar verslaving had overwonnen, besloot ze weer te gaan acteren. In 2007 presenteerde ze in de VS op de zender Fuse het programma Pants Off Dance Off, hierin strippen mensen op de muziek van hun favoriete videoclip.

Decked in deliberately ragged designer jeans, a snug top and high heeled eggplant-colored boots, Sweetin's all glam, glitter, and smiles at the Fuse offices at Penn Plaza. And then there are her eyes -- an elusive shade of dark gray that belies this cheerful exterior.
