Jodie Sweetin, who played Stephanie in “Full House” during the sitcom’s eight-year run, got married Saturday at the Little Church of the West. Sweetin, who overcame a crystal meth addiction that cost her five teeth, married Cody Herpin, 30, of Los Angeles. Sweetin, 25, joins a long list of celebrities who married at the chapel, best known for the site of where Elvis and Ann Margret exchanged vows during the filming of “Viva Las Vegas.”

She stayed with the program for its entire run, from 1987-1995. It is said that the producers cast her in the role based on her smile.

Her debut role was in The Hogan Family in 1987, in which she played Pamela, the niece of Mrs. Poole. She ... provided the voice of Sally Brown in It's Christmastime Again, Charlie Brown. Jeff Franklin cast her as Stephanie Tanner in Full House in 1987, and was on the show until its cancellation in 1995. After the ending of the show, Sweetin went to high school and college and she married Shaun Holguin, a Los Angeles police officer, when she was 20 years old.. At the age of 20 she also became addicted to methamphetamine and it wasn't until she passed out from heart arrythmia, hypothermia and irregular breathing that she got the help she needed.
