JOAN Collins likes 'em young — and her daughter does, too. Singer Tara Newley, 44, is dating a roofer named Paul Beck, who is 15 years her junior. "If you fall in love, you fall in love. There is not much you can do about it," Newley told Britain's Daily Mail. Still, she has nothing on her 74-year-old mom, whose fifth hubby, Percy Gibson, is 42. When Collins was once asked about the age gap, she famously quipped, "If he dies, he dies."
