1. Rome Braves
   The Rome Braves are a Class-A minor league affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. In 2003, the team, previously known as the Macon Braves, moved from Macon, Georgia to Rome, Georgia, 60 miles northwest of Atlanta. 2. Jim Jarmusch -- New York
   Jim Jarmusch is beginning production on a new film. In February, he will start filming the tentatively titled The Limits of Control, starring Isaach De Bankole as mysterious outlaw on a job in Spain.
3. Jay Mohr -- Mohr Sports
   In 1996, Mohr had the recurring role of Jeff's brother on "The Jeff Foxworthy Show" (ABC) before landing a regular slot as a blue-collar guy on the short-lived Fox sitcom "Local Heroes" (Fox). His TV-movie work has been limited to "The Barefoot Executive" (ABC, 1995), although his feature film debut in Jason Alexander's directorial debut "For Better or Worse" (1995) received wider exposure thanks to its airings on TNT—it received a limited regional theatrical release. In 1998 he had a role on the acclaimed Tom Hanks-Steven Spielberg-produced HBO mini-series "From the Earth to the Moon," and followed up with the leading role of the extremely flawed Hollywood film exec Peter Dragon in the harsh, satirical but short-lived sitcom "Action" (1999). A starring role in the TV miniseries adaptation of novelist Dean R. Koontz's "Black River" (2001) followed, and he then served as the titular host for ESPN's first comedy-variety series, "Mohr Sports" (2002), which lasted one season on the cable sports network.
4. Jay Mohr -- Slam Man
   Manheim and Jay Mohr would join the cast this season. Manheim will play a woman haunted by a ghost. Mohr will arrive in the second episode, executive producer Kim Moses said, as a professor with expertise in demonology.
5. Jay Mohr -- Comic Standing
   Jay Mohr is a quadruple threat. Film, television, radio and stand-up are all among the treasures in the bag of tricks he's been working on throughout the 15-year career he began as a teenager. He has worked with superstars, matching wits and chops with Tom Cruise in "Jerry Maguire", Al Pacino in "Simone", Eddie Murphy in "Pluto Nash" and Bill Murray in "Speaking of Sex". Jay starred as Peter Dragon in the critically acclaimed Fox series "Action", and last year co-created, executive produced and hosted NBC's summer smash reality show Last Comic Standing.
6. Steroids -- People
   Vince McMahon on was on The Today Show this morning and continued his slant saying steroids had nothing to do with the tragedy and talked up the effectiveness of the WWE Wellness Program. Vince ... made Benoit out to be a monster. He said that WWE is not trying to hide from the fact that Benoit was a part of their organization. “Unfortunately, he was,” Vince said. He said, “There was no way of telling this man was a monster.” He mentioned Benoit never gave off any signs of this kind of behavior. When the host asked if the business creates monsters, Vince said no. He said they are well adjusted people and performers.
7. Bills -- Buffalo Bills
   The Bills win certainly wasn't a thing of beauty. But then again, the Broncos and Cowboys last second wins over Buffalo were no Rembrandts either. Those count in the win column as much as 31-0 blowouts do. The Bills will run to the bank with those victories with no qualms.
8. Jay Mohr
   Jay Mohr won’t be back to fling his barbs and witticisms at Friday’s Nextel Cup Awards Ceremony, but there will be someone filling that role. David Spade will this year’s “featured performer,” which is curious since he now stars on a CBS comedy called “Rules of Engagement” even though CBS is not involved in NASCAR coverage in any way. The musical performer this year will, predictably, be Kelly Clarkson. Clarkson has become the unofficial Official Pop Songstress of NASCAR after performing at the 2007 Daytona 500 and taking part in an advertising campaign for the sport this year.Jerry Punch will serve as master of ceremonies. The banquet will be carried live on ESPN Classic with a replay beginning at 11:30 p.m. on ESPN2.
9. Comedy Film -- Movies
