Beginning Friday, viewers who log on to Jeopardy.com (http://www.jeopardy.com) will find an additional clue/answer drawn from one of the featured categories from that day's broadcast to which they can use the Google search application to find the correct answer. Online participants will then be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win the daily $100 prize or the $25,000 grand prize.

Joshua gets off to a fast start again in Jeopardy!, leading at the end of the round ($7400-$5800-$1000). But Alex picks first in Double Jeopardy! ending up running it for the full $6000 available. By the time Jonathan finds the Daily Double, it’s a close one: ($13400-$12600-$9000). He wagers $2500 on this: "This 1938 Nobel Literature Prize winner’s parents were Presbyterian missionaries." Jonathan’s got the right answer with "Who is Pearl Buck?" and takes the lead.

These answer sheets were then graded by the Jeopardy! staff in Boston in a time span of about an hour. About 10 top scorers would move on to the next level; the rest would simply be sent home.
