The 1918 24 cent Inverted Jenny stamp is the most popular and desired philatelic error in the world. Since December of 2006, when StampWants.com first announced their promotion, the Catalog Value of the C3a has skyrocketed -- no doubt in large part due to the excitement of this unprecedented giveaway. By next year the stamp is on track to be worth even more than ever, considering the recent record breaking sales of single C3a's -- on November 14, 2007 when a single exceptionally centered C3a was sold by Robert A. Siegel Auction Galleries for $977,500, and as recently as December 26, 2007 when Heritage Auction Galleries sold a never hinged example for $825,000.

Jenny Guzon-Bae Outside of the real estate world, one of Jenny's greatest accomplishments is her recent adventure as a castaway in 2006's Survivor 13: Cook Islands on CBS. After being discovered on REALTOR.com® by a casting director, Jenny spent nearly two months filming the famous reality show last summer in the South Pacific. Although she didn't come away with the million dollar prize, she lasted 25 days on the island and discovered great things about herself and about life. "Life is definitely a chore. Things are not handed to you. If you really want anything in life, you must work for it. The greatest reward is knowing that you worked hard and tried your best to achieve your goal, "Jenny says.
In The It Girl, Jenny tries to reinvent herself as a "popular and sophisticated city girl" and leave behind the girl she was at Constance. When Jenny arrives, she finds the Waverly students even more intimidating than she thought (and even more gorgeous and athletic than imagined). She meets Yvonne Stidder, a jazz ensemble geek, and decides not to hang out with her after her quick tour of the campus. Jenny then meets her two new exceptionally beautiful and popular 11th grade roommates: lithe and blonde Callie Vernon with her irresistible southern charm and red-headed, green eyed, sophisticated Brett Messerschmidt from (shhh!!!) New Jersey. She quickly learns that she has replaced their old best friend: the infamous, toxic, and drop-dead-gorgeous Tinsley Carmichael. Jenny can't help but feel that sleeping in such a lucky bed must rub off!
Even though Jenny's weight loss was very slow, the effect, after two years, was dramatic. The illness that eventually claimed Jenny's life continued to go undiagnosed. All known tests were conducted with inconclusive results. Jenny's occasional discomfort was addressed to ensure she remained pain free. Over the past three months Jenny grew weaker but she refused to curtail her endless exploration of the expanded habitat. With Mama Shirley at her side, Jenny led her family over every hill and through every pasture, savoring the sights, sounds, and smell of the world she so loved; this was Jenny's sanctuary and she immersed herself in it from the very day that she arrived until the moment of her death.

Callie and Brett seem to have an inside squabble going on about the expulsion of Tinsley from Waverly, while Jenny can't help but be placed in the middle. One evening, after Callie's tall, blue-eyed, brunette, and artistic care-free boyfriend Easy Walsh sneaks in to their room to hook up with Callie, Easy finds himself sitting on Jenny's bed after Callie has left in a rage. Just as the two were beginning to chat the dorm mistress's stoner husband, Mr. Pardee, finds Easy in the girl's room in his underwear. Easy and Jenny are sentenced to a formal hearing, accused of canoodling.
Dick and Jenny’s strong suits are value and quality. The wine list and the food are priced so that locals can easily enjoy the restaurant more than once a week, and often do. But above all, the restaurant is about a family – a family of people working together to create a family of regulars that defines that something special about the best restaurants in New Orleans.
