Jennifer Aniston, who married Brad Pitt on July 29, has filed a lawsuit against the publishers of Celebrity Skin magazine for invasion of privacy. In her suit, filed Monday in Los Angeles, Aniston claims the magazine -- which promises "First Time Photos: Friends Stars X-Posed" on its cover -- invaded her privacy by publishing photos of her sunbathing while topless in her backyard. Aniston is seeking unspecified damages and is asking the court to halt distribution of the magazine. Aniston's new husband is no stranger to this kind of controversy; several years ago Pitt sued Playgirl for publishing nude photos of him on a beach.
