Jeffrey Dahmer is convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior for urinating in front of several children. He was sentenced to one year's probation for the incident. Jeffrey would go on to kill eighteen young men in Milwaukee.

One week later Dahmer meets Jeremiah Weinberger ... in chicago. They met in a gay bar called "Carol's Gay Bar" from there both men travel back to Milwaukee and start to live together as a couple, until Jeffrey decides to kill him on the fourth day. His head was in Jeffrey's freezer at the time of his arrest and his body was found next to Turners.

The real Dahmer came off as smug in interviews, even when expressing remorse. But the movie highlights what a supreme coward he was. He didn't have the nerve to approach men for sex, so he drugged them. He overpowered victims not by cunning or force of will, but with mickeys slipped into drinks.

During the interview Dahmer ... deliberately misconstrues what Ressler is talking about regarding danger. Ressler points out that the willingness of gay men to go home with stranger is a dangerous practice for them; Dahmer, however, perceives all mention of danger as talk about danger to himself, not to others.

One of the men said Dahmer hit on him and then went into a rage when his advances were rejected. The last place the witness says he saw Dahmer was walking into the Sears toy department, which is the last place that Adam Walsh was seen alive.
