Working closely with the board of directors and its committees, he serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, and provides a broad-based business and legal perspective on a wide range of strategic, tactical, operational and administrative matters including corporate law, securities, tax law and finance matters, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, international operations, insurance, advertising, litigation, governmental affairs, human resources and capital programs.
