Commercial operations of Babcock & Brown Air ("B&B Air") began on October 2, 2007 ("Closing Date"), upon completion of its initial public offering and the closing of its debt securitization. Accordingly, the Form 6-K filing reflects only start-up expenses of B&B Air.
