When buying a refurbished Ionic Breeze unit, there a couple of categories to choose from. If an item has not been used as a display model, but has been refurbished, it will have a green sticker on it. This identifies it as a refurbished product. The box may be slightly damaged, but the unit is in otherwise perfect shape. An orange sticker, on the other hand, implies that an item has been refurbished and it is either used or has cosmetic blemishes that prevent it from being labeled "Factory New."

The Ionic Breeze comes with a one-year warranty, so you know you'll get a quality product. Each model stands about 2 feet, 3 inches tall, with an 8-inch diameter base and weighs about 5 1/2 lbs.

For the six months ended July 31, the company’s revenue plummeted 24 percent, and in Sept., founder Richard Thalheimer was ousted, to be replaced by “turnaround specialist” Jerry W. Levin.
