Interwoven doesn't aggressively market itself as an enterprise content management (ECM) suite provider. Instead, Interwoven focuses its attention on using its strong document management, records management, and collaboration support to tackle the market's business content needs. And its strong Web content management (WCM) and digital asset management tools help Interwoven lead ECM suite vendors in addressing persuasive content needs. This combination makes Interwoven an ECM suite Strong Performer and a good choice for organizations looking to improve employee document collaboration and customer experiences.
