If you connect two internet providers to the same network so that you have two different router addresses, you can use your DHCP server to give a different router address to each device on your network. This can be done by using a reservation in your DHCP server. If you rely on a DHCP server inside your router, you will want to physically separate your networks. If you use a DHCP server that supports reservations, you can specify a different router IP address in the "routers" option in the DHCP scope.
