Reciprocal protection agreements are currently being concluded between Canada and other countries, to provide protection for Canadian nationals and residents in countries which offer comparable protection to that available in Canada. The names of countries in which such reciprocal rights have been secured appear in notices in the Canada Gazette submitted by the Minister of Industry Canada.
