Incredimail.exe is the main process for the email client Incredimail. Incredimail is an alternative email client to Outlook. It offers the same functionality, but is more secure. If you use Incredimail as your email client, you should not terminate this process.

With Incredimail you get options with junk mail to both "Block Sender" and " Bounce Sender". With block is self explanatory. Bounce sender sends the originator a message that says the message was undeliverable because your e-mail address is not valid. It takes a couple of months, but you see a big drop off in the amount of junk you get, except for those folks that need your help to get money out of a bank somewhere, they happen no matter what.

You can export your address books in Incredimail by selecting the address book, File ->Export , and then export the addressbook using the .CSV format. You can import that using Tools -> Import -> Address books -> Text files.
