This is from the good folks over at RedState.org: "Redstate sat down for ten questions with Bobby Jindal, who's running for Congress in the first district of Louisiana. Jindal shared his take on the convention ... far, his answer to the "who leads after Bush?" question, and his answers for the domestic policy challenges of the next few years." Jindal received the Club's endorsement earlier this month. Click here to read the full interview.
An exceptionally nice transfer from Universal, "In Good Company" lives up to its name when compared to other recently released films. The image quality is crisp, sharp with nice color reproduction. Digital artifacts are kept to a minimum. The use of 5.1 is very nice as well and the dialogue, music and sound effects are all clear and vivid.

In Good Company cover art All the cast put in good performances and Dennis Quaid deserves special mention. Perfectly got across what it would be like when 50 and life starts changing dramatically when you need it to stay the same. Lots of laugh out loud moments. Just watch it and ignore the previous reviews - they are way too harsh.

How, then, does "In Good Company" turn out for the better in spite of itself? No mystery at all. Whatever the fate of old media, or new media, for that matter, winning performances are here to stay.

In the beginning, there was Sports Car GT, and it was good. Then came EAs F1 series. It was not quite so good, but was still pretty fine. Image Space Inc., or ISI to their friends, have been working on race sims for a very long time now. Sports Car GT is a classic of the genre. Having broken ties with EA, ISI are on their own, and producing rFactor.

There is one good exchange, which is in the trailer: "Elektra—like the tragedy! Your parents must have had a sense of humor." "Not really." And there is one good special effect: The villain called "Tattoo" unleashes birds of prey, wolves, and snakes from his painted body. (Computers were made for effects like that.) But Elektra is otherwise ho-hum. It hits its marks, but it has none of the surreal delirium of the Hong Kong pictures that obviously inspired it—A Chinese Ghost Story, The Bride With White Hair, The Heroic Trio.
