Someone should ask Renee Loth, Editor of the Globe's Editorial page, if this should ... apply to "homosexual" teenagers. Does this mean that the paper has decided that what happened at Fistgate was a serious mistake and not just the normal banter between teenagers? Loth wrote in an Editorial that what happened there was just "the sorts of things teenagers ask every day." Fisting is asked every day? All of the other kinky and dangerous info at Fisgate that was given to children as young as 12-years-old is asked every day? It appears that Loth worked too long at the Boston Phoenix as their political editor before she reported to the Globe. Is that newspaper now saying that "homosexual" children should also "Wait"?

What's amazing is how openly supportive the homosexual community is about sex with children. There are few attempts to mask this and in fact, it's frequently flaunted. The grand marshal of the 1999 "gay" pride parade in San Francisco was Harry Hay. Hay was one of the founders of the "gay rights" movement back in the 1950s and '60s. Hay has been openly supportive of the pedophile group NAMBLA, the North American Man/Boy Love association, and marched in their parade in 1993.3

The homosexual historical footprint is large when it comes to the rape and murder of children. The most notorious child killer might be Gilles de Rais (Bluebeard), remembered for raping, torturing, and killing perhaps 800 boys in 15th century France. Gilles often raped the boy as he hung from a hook by the neck. Before he died, Gilles took him down, comforted him, repeated the act and either killed him himself or had him slain.

Nonetheless, advocates for homosexual rights continue to place themselves at the center of adoption law in this country. Their justification: that the eroding nuclear family--through divorce and the general liberalization of the culture-- has precipitated a change in traditional social structures. They have a point, they simply miss it: the crucial issue is not whether traditional social structures are changing, but whether embracing these changes is in the best interest of adoptive children.
