That business was started in 1970 and Green’s first store opened in north Oklahoma City in 1972. Hobby Lobby declined comment. Regier, 42, contends she ... was terminated in violation of anti- age discrimination laws and that her supervisor, Michael W. Canfield, told her on more than one occasion he could replace her with a younger worker. The tax liability, Regier alleges, related to estate and gift taxes incurred by the company. Regier is asking for exemplary damages, actual damages in excess of $10,000 and costs.
