Hitler, Adolf: Nazi Party
built 277 days ago
Adolf Hitler was gay - or so says a sensational biography on the Nazi dictator. Eyewitness accounts from Hitler's former lovers, and historical documents that for the first time illuminate rumours that have circulated for over half a century. The respected German historian Lothar Machtan even claims in his book that Hitler ordered the deaths of several high-ranking Nazis to prevent the secret of his homosexuality from surfacing. Ernst Röhm, the leader of Hitler's Sturm Abteilung or Storm Troopers, tried to blackmail Hitler by threatening to reveal his sexuality. Röhm, who was ... gay, was murdered as a result.

In September 1919, Adolf was asked to join the German Workers' Party because of his amazing oral skills. After long and careful thought, he joined the party becoming the seventh official, in charge of publicity. Hitler began to give public speeches to thousands of people. On April 1, 1920 the party changed it's name from the German Workers' Party to the National Socialist German Workers' Party, or Nazi for short (A Brief
2).

A desk and chair which belonged to Nazi leader Adolf Hitler are expected to sell for up to $1 million, a dealer said. Minas Katchadorian said the oak pieces came from Hitler's luxury apartment in Munich, bought for him by a wealthy admirer, commissioned by Elsa Bruckmann. The desk and chair are being sold privately by an American collector who does not want his identity to be revealed. It is believed the collector acquired them in the 1970s, when the U.S. held a sale of wartime collectibles. They were delivered to Hitler's apartment in Munich's Prinzregentenplatz in November 1929.

Adolf Hitler had become an excellent orator in front of crowds. After hearing him speak, people feverishly followed and believed what he said. Hitler became the leader of the newly dubbed National Socialist German Workers Party and his speeches against communism, capitalism, and groups such as the Jews, won him national backing on every level.

A copy of Adolf Hitler's forged German Workers' Party (DAP) membership card. His actual membership number was 555 (the 55th member of the party - the 500 was added to make the group appear larger) but later the number was reduced to create the impression that Hitler was one of the founding members (Ian Kershaw Hubris). Hitler had wanted to create his own party, but was ordered by his superiors in the Reichswehr to infiltrate an existing one instead.
