The two-time Oscar winning actress Hilary Swank and husband of eight years Chad Lowe are splitting up. Fox News reports the break-up statement was sent out by her manager Troy Nankin Monday, it read, “Hilary and Chad have decided to separate, but they are hopeful they’ll be able to get through this tough time.”
