The Help Desk Institute is one of the world’s largest associations, dedicated to the service and support industry. They have led the way in excellent customer service and technical support, since 1989.
The primary mission of the Help Desk is to provide first-level academic computing support to UL Lafayette students, faculty, and staff. This support is provided through (1) activation of UCS academic computing accounts; (2) general assistance with UCS academic computing resources and resources authenticated by the UCS username and password; and (3) providing advice regarding other academic computing tasks at the University.
