1. Douglas Adams -- So Long
   Douglas Adams was a friend of Gary Brooker, the lead singer, pianist and songwriter of the progressive rock band Procol Harum. Adams is known to have invited Brooker to one of the many parties that Adams held at his house. On one such occasion Gary Brooker performed the full (4 verse) version of his hit song "A Whiter Shade of Pale". Brooker ... performed at Adams' memorial service.
2. Evelyn Nesbit
   Evelyn Nesbit was a beautiful teenage model at the turn of the twentieth century. She supported herself and her widowed mother by posing for various artists and photographers. Her good looks won her a job as a Broadway chorus girl. This photo of her was taken in 1901 when Evelyn was 16. That same year she caught the eye of renowned architect and womanizer Stanford White--who was 47. White was married, but he often 'befriended' attractive teenage girls.
3. Florida International University
   Florida International University's student housing facilities are managed by the Office of Housing and Residential Life and is available on both the main campus and the Biscayne Bay Campus. Currently, there are 3,300 beds distributed throughout 10 apartment buildings and 6 residence halls. At University Park these are the University Park Apartments, Panther Hall, the University Park Towers, Everglades Hall, Lakeview Hall North, and Lakeview Hall South. At the Biscayne Bay Campus, housing is available in Bay Vista Hall.[36][5] Together, approximately 14% of FIU's student population lives on-campus in student housing.
