Heights is loosely based on a one-act play... called Heights, that premiered at New York City's Ensemble Studio Theatre in 2000. Merchant Ivory Productions commisioned Fox to adapt her play into a screenplay after reading its review in the New York Times. In Fox's adaptation, what was once a 25-minute play is now a four-minute scene in the movie. The original play is published by Dramatists Play Service. GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio, July 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chart Industries, Inc. announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock at $15.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Chart Industries, Inc. The common stock will begin trading tomorrow on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "GTLS." Chart will use approximately $25.0 million of the net proceeds to repay a portion of the term loan under its senior secured credit facility. Chart will use the remaining approximately $150.3 million of the net proceeds to pay a dividend to its stockholders existing immediately prior to the offering, consisting of affiliates of First Reserve and certain members of its management. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Lehman Brothers Inc. and UBS Securities LLC are serving as book-running managers of the offering. Natexis Bleichroeder Inc., Simmons & Company International and Howard Weil Incorporated are co-managers of the offering.
