A morning headache can be a symptom of a sleep disorder like sleep apnea. A daytime headache can be a sign of high blood pressure or hypoglycemia. Having a breakfast with 16 grams of protein and an 8 gram protein snack at 10:00 am and 3:00 pm can significantly decrease spasms and pain.
