   In 1983, Lithgow played John Valentine in a remake of the classic Twilight Zone episode "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" in the Twilight Zone: The Movie as the paranoid passenger once made famous on the television show by William Shatner.    America's Sweethearts kicks off with a montage of pseudo-previews of movies featuring Gwen Harrison and Eddie Thomas (Catherine Zeta-Jones and John Cusack). The married duo has defrauded romance fans out of millions of dollars with corny films like Autumn with Greg and Peg and Sasha and the Optometrist until their sensational public break-up.
8. America's Sweethearts -- Julia Roberts
   Positioned as an alternative to the dinosaurs, America's Sweethearts, starring John Cusack, Julia Roberts, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Billy Crystal, is receiving few love notes from critics. "There are only human monsters in America's Sweethearts," comments Edward Jay Epstein in the Wall Street Journal, "but they are mostly cuddly, too, although harder to merchandise as dolls." The problem, most reviewers say, is not the star-studded cast -- which ... includes Alan Arkin, Seth Green, Christopher Walken and Hank Azaria -- but in the script.     The CFCC Film and Video Production is proud to announce that local resturaunt Fat Tony’s has become a sponser for an FVP project called Halla-B-Loos-a student produced and acted pod-cast. It is slated to begin shooting March 17th. This effort is made by CFCC FVP students and actors and UNCW actors. For Fat Tony’s involvement the CFCC film department has made a web commercial for them, and they are offering CFCC Staff, Faculty, and Students a discount with an ID card.
