The record date for shareholders of DIV entitled to vote on the reorganization and related matters is February 12, 2007. The adjourned shareholder meeting for DIV is scheduled to take place at the offices of the fund on Wednesday, June 13, 2007, commencing at 10 a.m. EST. If approved, the reorganization of DIV is scheduled to close on Thursday, July 5, 2007, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
