Haganah: Months
built 185 days ago
Part of Haganah's philosophy of continual enhancement is to use modern tools to support effective learning. All of the sessions taught during the four month period in each of the components of the system exist in manuals,on VHS and DVD. Students reinforce their knowledge and accelerate programming time by previewing the material before class and by reviewing and practicing the material between classes. The video component is identical to the material presented in class, so there is nothing lost in the translation from classroom practice to at home (or on the job) practice. It's time for martial arts and self-defense training to use the same tools that other formal education systems have found so effective; structured video presentations among them. In order to learn throughly and quickly, adults need to review material repeatedly, especially if they have no other martial arts background.

Haganah does neither. Haganah, an Israeli system developed by Israeli Special Forces veteran and world-class martial artist, Mike Lee Kanarek, is practical, can be learned by just about anyone in any condition in just a few months, and can be completely absorbed quickly. Haganah's philosophy is that no one has the right to touch you with malicious intent and anyone who does should be dealt with immediately and aggressively to enable you to be safe and secure at the end of the day. All Haganah's tactics are hardcore. They are fast. They are effective.

Battles bewteen Arab guerrilla troops and the Haganah, aided by the Zionist gangs, intensified during the month of March. Five Arab villages around Jaffa, Tibyris and Safd were attacked and razed to the ground during that month, while a bomb, which killed 11 and left other 27 seriously injured, was planted in the Arab quarter in Haifa on March 3. Leader of the Arab volunteer guerrillas, Fawzi Al-Qawuqji, entered Palestine on March 7, and during the month the Arab resistance ... intensified.
