Haganah: Combat
built 187 days ago
Haganah is the Hebrew word for “defense”, and this system is a complete Israeli combative methodology based on Israeli martial arts and Israeli military tactics combining the best of the best of combat-proven Israeli fighting and defense strategies. Haganah incorporates 4 different Israeli systems – Krav Maga, the main Israeli defense system, and Hisardut, KAPAP, LOTAR which are the Israeli aggressive systems. Its integrated structure is the key to its effectiveness.

Haganah is composed of combatproven methods and techniques that cover all aspects of self-defense, including ground fighting, stand-up fighting and weapons. Each part of the art benefits from and builds upon every other part as if it were a block in a pyramid.

Haganah is primarily a mix of Israeli martial arts - called Krav Maga and Hisardut - and Israeli military systems. The approaches are all combat-proven to work in a real life setting against today's types of threats. All are blended together in a unique way so that only the strongest most tactically sound approaches from each system are used. There are no uniforms; no bowing. Only practical, simple to learn material is included. It is innovatively structured, using tactics unique to Haganah and oriented toward maximizing an individual's effectiveness in the minimum timeframe.
