COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Ryland Group, Inc., (NYSE: RYL) today announced that it has finalized its agreement to purchase the homebuilding assets of Thomas Builders LLC. The acquisition is expected to close within the next 30 days. As part of the acquisition agreement, details of the purchase will not be released.
